MDM Catalog - Images

Good evening,

We have implemented SRM few weeks ago, and our firsts doubts come to us. We have images related to our products in the catalog but when we actualize the information from SRM the link to the image in the catalog dissapears.

We have prepared a manual actualization of this URL through Import manager but we would like correct this issue. Is there anyway to maintaine the URL to the image when you actualize a product information from the web?

Hi,

Please check the dada in MDM Data Manager. You can also change it in Data Manager.

Hi Masa,

sorry but i don't understand you. We change it in MDM Data manager and we link our items with the images, but when we actualize a contract from SRM that it actualizes the item and loose the reference to the image.

It seems that MDM erase the item and create-actualize with the information with the information that comes from the contract (without image URL).

Hi,

It looks the issue is in contract creation.

What happen if you maintain the image after contract is distributed? Do you see multiple records for the material in the Data Manager? If it is only 1 record, what is the mapping for contract data? Create?Replace?

Hi Massa,

We have defined as "Replace", I supposed that we must change it to "Update (All Mapped Fields). Isn't it?
