DMS : download file from KPRO to presentation server

I have a requirement, where the user wants to download a list of files from DMS to presentation server.

Hello,

The requirement is :

I have Doc number, doc type , doc version and doc part as input.

Now i need to download all the files linked to it in DMS(Kpro) in a folder in presentation server.

Hi,

If i am understanding your requirement correctly,

try using DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT program for relocating files from 1 server to another.

may be it will useful..

Is it possible to download the files to our PC with the same.

Cause i do not have to enter any path in the program.

Hi,

if you have the document data (number, type, ....) you can use the report DMS_KPRO_READ. This report will list all originals of this document info record and with the small green download button you can easily download the file to your desired directory.
