Hello members,
I am from support team in a project and users are facing this error:
Document item 571304696 J 000060 not found in internal table.
This is a TD Shipment and the delivery may have been splited while the shipment was created. The delivery does not contain the item 60 anymore and the shipment cannot be accessed anymore.
Could you help me to solve this issue?

Hi,
You pointed right. This seems to happen when we accidentally delete a document which has already been attached in the shipment.
Run report ROIGMS00 in SE38 and be careful to use 'Release Shipment Item' to de-link the document from the shipment.
