Shopping cart , PO and Info record prices are different

Hi Experts,

In Classic scenario when PO is created, after all the approval of the shopping cart, when po is replicated the PO price and cart price are different.

For example : Cart price is 12.25 and for the same item i check in PO ie 13.93 and if i see the info record of the same then there is 10.15. Now as per rules the price shud be same as it is maintained in Vendor info record but thats a strange thing happen only for 1-2 cases not with all the cases.All the prices are different. Cart price, po price and Info price.i want the same prices on those carts as its maintained in Vendor info record

Please suggest something on this experts so that i can find the best solution to remove this?
