Unable to see the status in servicedesk configuration

Hi All,

We have Solution Manager 7.0 SP15 with Windows Server and Oracle.

Service Desk is configured.

basis user has reported a problem from satellite system message was created sucessfully in satelite system.

when i login in solution manager with basis user when i click on Reported by me iam able to see this with status "NEW".

But with abap user has reported a problem from satellite system message was created sucessfully in satelite system.

when i login in solution manager with abap userwhen i click on Reported by me iam unable to see the status "NEW".it showing blank.guide me for the same.

For basis team in PFAC take as sapcomponent : BC;for abap team i took as sapcomponet : ABA.

Need some clarification

Are you not able to the list of messages in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

or

You are not able to see the "Status" New in the dropdown of a Support Message

If Yes, are they happening for all the messages or only for certain messages?
