Obselete currensies after EURO conversion

We have in our system stil active those currencies (DEM, FRF, etc.) that became obsele with euro conversion, for example in table TCURC. It is disturbing that these currencies are shown in currency Search Help lists,for example when entering receipts. Is there any way to hide the obselete currensies from Search Help lists? To mark a currency not valid (DATUM_CURC) does not help.

Thanks, the table V_CURC I know (we maintain currencies there), but did not exactly know are there any harmful consequencies of deleting obselete currencies there (especially when we still have data active entered in these currencies). So, I presume it is safely to delete currencies from trable V_CURC (V_T7UNPAD_EGTCUR, V_TCURC).

There is also img-configuration General Settings-Currencies-Expiring Currencies-Define expiring currencies. Has this configuration other than info-meaning?
