How active option "Enhancement Package Installation" in MOPZ

Hi.

I want install EHP40 from Solution Manager. I read SAP Note 1122966 where it says "You want to import ERP 6.0 Enhancement Packages using the Maintenance Optimizer. The import is supported as of Solution Manager 4.0 Support Package 13."

The level of Support Package in my Solman is:

SAP_AP 700 0009

I create in SMSY a SAP system with version Product ERP 2005, but when i go MOPZ, whe i create a new MOPZ transaction the option not appears.

Can you help me???

I would recommend to upgrade your solution manager to patch level 16 and most of your maintenance optimizer problems would be solved.

Hi.

I think you only have to keep your mopz up to date. Have a look at SAP note 1122966 - you have to implement some notes 🐵

The option of installing Enhancement Packages in an ERP 6.0 system is only offered in the Solution Manager Maintenance Optimizer if the systems assigned to the process are assigned to the product version ERP 6.0 or ERP 2005 in the Solution Manager system administration (transaction SMSY). The product version ECC 6.0 must not be used for the installation of Enhancement Packages. The attached Note 1022072 describes step by step how to change a product version assigned to a system.

The systems are created like ERP 2005. This is not the problem. And I would like to avoid the update of system.
