Automatic Logoff in SC must be avoided

hi,

when user is trying to select the materials from any catalog or from describe requirement.

system is logging off on its own. They are not able to select the product itself to process further.

Is there any thing missing in EBP to cause this? Kindly guide me with useful tips

timeout parameter needs to be increased.request your basic folks to do it . rz10 helps.
