Publishing Enterprise Services to Services Registry

Im working on PI 7.1 . When I click on services registry on the homepage it gives me a blank page but the status says 'Done' . Am i missing some authorizations here? Is SERVICES_REGISTRY_READ_ONLY authorization all i need?

Also when i run WSPUBLISH tcode from the ECC backend to publish my enterprise services, Im getting

"TransportBindingExecption: Invalid Response Content Type. Server Returned code 500 with message and content type <text/html; charset = utf-8>"

Any ideas or links?

From the above section:
3.      Assign user roles to Services Registry users.
The following user roles are available for the Services Registry:

u25CB       SERVIES_REGISTRY_READ_ONLY
This user role allows using the search functions of the Services Registry.

u25CB       SERVICES_REGISTRY_READ_WRITE
This user role allows using all functions of the Services Registry.

Since you are trying to publish the WS you need to have the second role.
