Message No: SKWF_SDOKERRS119

Hello,

While uploading any file to service desk ticket, I get following message "Erroe while loading file".

with

Message No: SKWF_SDOKERRS119 .

I checked following forum, but was of no use for me.

My user has sap_all permission.

Solved by adding S_GUI authorisation with activity as 60

The error message is also raised, if the file is still opened (that means locked).

Close the file and try again.

Hi Rajesh,

Yes, Its been more than a month, was quite busy.

This note is not relavent to my system.

my current release fo sap_basis is 700 and this note is for 610.

Is this something to do with authorization. inspite of having sap_all
