Error while processing the contract

While processing the contracrt am getting the error as below:

Partner Purch. Org. Auth. For Release not found

Pls let me knw how to resolve it.

pls let me know are you creating local contract/GOA.

Make sure you use the local purc org for operational contracts in SAP SRM
