permanent license Key problem

Dear Experts,

i am trying to install permanent key for my SSM, but it is always 14

day period valid license.

in Key & Requests -> License keys under my SSM system i see info:

Software product not licensed

The license key you requested could only be granted for a limited time,

for the following reason:

Wrong software product

A specific software product (such as R/3, APO, BW, and so on) is

assigned to your installation. The systems in the installation can only

be released for the licensed software product. Your information about

the software product does not agree with the licensed data for the

installation.

Hi Lukasz,

The description in SAP Support Portal is quite clear.

You can receive a permanent license for the software you want the install on the given installation number.

Very likely, you need to request an additional separate installation number.

- current software product of the installation

- planned software product you want to register.
