smart styles

HI all,

I am trying to create a smartstyle for a smartform in tcode smartstyles.

I gave all the inputs except Standard paragraph, am giving but its not taking?

what is standard paragraph and what should be given as input?

Hi,

In smartstyles we can create paragraph formats and fonts.

Paragraph formats Goto Transaction smartstyle>Paragraph formats(Towards leftside of page)>Give standard paragraph-->On the right side of page you have tabs Font,Tabs,Numbering and outline.

To aassign this smartstyle to smartform, In smartform in window you have an option called style, give the smartstyle name.

Hope this solves the issue.

Hi,

You can create your own paragraph first by clicking Paragraph Fomat which is in the left side and press F5 to create a paragraph node.Then specify the required fields in that node. And Finally specify the Satandard Paragraph name in the header data.

Hi Nagar,

This is simple.

Just follow the steps.

1) Go to smartstyles.

2) create one paragraph as PS (for standarcparagraph) and fix the font settings here. Whatever font style or size you need just fix here.

3) Then use this paragraph format PS as the standard paragraph format of smart style.

4) Activate the style

and use it in smart form as the smartdtyle.

Hi nagar,

Create a paragraph format of your on say "P1".

Now while saving your smartstyle give the standard paragraph as P1. This means that the paragraph format P1 will be the default format in your smartstyle.

This solves your problem.

Hi,

Firstly you need to create a paragraph format.On the left side you will have 'Paragraph Formats'.

Right click on it and create node.

Then you will get that paragraph in standard paragraph.

Thx for quick answer, actually my problem is I created a smartform and I want to fix the font size of the words ?

What to be done for this?

Hi nagar,

While creating the paragraph format fix the font in the" FONT" tab. You can also fix your font family and font style also.

Hi,

The same can be done in the "Paragraph Format".

While creating the paragraph format, click the 'Font' tab.

There you can set the font family, size, font style etc...
