In QM02, expired users are also being listed with F4 selection

Hi All,

In transaction QM02 -> ITems -> Item Tasks , in the 'Responsible' field , we can assign a notification or a notification task to a user. When selecting the user, there doesn't exists any filter.The expired users are also being listed along with the current users.

Can any one please suggest a way to restrict the expired users while selecting ( F4 help ).

Is there any option to restrict the same in the config ??

Please provide your valuable suggestions to solve the above issue.

this is not to be achieved by adapting configuration, but neither is this a question for the security forum, since you cannot influence the output of the list by SAP standard (or any other) authorization.

if you want the invalid users to be avoided on the list, you have several options:

- adapt the F4 search help HRBAS00OBJID

- make your own search help

- find a suitable user-exit or a place for an enhancement to do what you wish.
