Message no. BS043

Hi

In the Work Flow we have configured some additional events using transaction BSVZ. Whenever we change the status with reference to object BUS2000115 the respective event in work flow should get triggered. In the TCode SW01 when I see for the Work Flow Log there is an error message which says "<b>Status WF-BATCH is not allowed ()</b> ".The message no. is "<b>Message no. BS043</b>".

Can any one please explain what is the meaning of this.

Should it be possible that you do not have the necessary authorization for this status or tahat the status number of the status is not allowed at this time?

I am not sure about the authorization part, but can you please tell me where to check the allowance of a status number to a status at a particular time. Thanks for the reply.

Hello,

Go to SPRO, CRM ransactions asic settingsstatus managementchange status profile for user status. You can check in your specific user status profile attached to your transaction type which sequence of status is allowed.
