Hello Experts,
I Need a way on how to find " if a FFID(SPM) is assigned to particular user in a particular system(ECC or CRM or PI etc)".
Since in our landscape we have hundreds of FFID's and assinged to thousand of users. I cannot go to Firefighters tab and check the FFID's & User assignment manually.
Is there another quick way where i can find if a user has been assigned with FFID's.
I am not sure if i am asking a simple question but at the moment i am unable to figure out the solution.
Any suggestion on this is appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
Madhu.
In the latest version of GRC, refer to the table GRACFFUSER.

Hi Madhu,
All the firefighter assignment to the users are done in the table /VIRSA/ZFFUSERS.
Probably you can filter out the FFID assignment on this table for only the required FFID. Thanks!

Hi,
You could use the reports 'access request' or 'request by type'. These reports available in the Informer, these reports allows to download all approved firefighter type requests and by limited date range.
But its easy to use this report if firefighter provisioning is being allowed to few days, as we do for 2 days only.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Laks
