inspection point not available during result recording

Dear all,

Two questions:

Q1 - For some reason when I try to perform result recording using QE11 (i.e. record result with inspection point), system complained that u201CNo inspection point available for the operationu201D when I hits the u201CAssign Insp Pointu201D button.

Q2 u2013 Why system asks for physical sample on a pop-up box (i.e. inspection point) when I didnu2019t setup the physical sample drawing on the system?

The following are my setup in the system:

A u2013 Master recipe header;
uF0D8 Inspection point: 130- Inspection point based on container (Standard SAP).
uF0D8 Partial Lot Assignment: 2-Partial Lot and batch for each inspection point.
uF0D8 Sample Drawing Procedure: blank.

B u2013 Master recipe operation;
uF0D8 Inspection Point completion: Quantity, valuation and confirmation
uF0D8 Qty-related radio button: checked
uF0D8 Quantity Interval: 20 kg
uF0D8 Last Partial Lot assignment radio button: checked.

C u2013 MIC;
uF0D8 There are six MIC created and insert to this particular operation (FYI there are 5 individual operation in the master recipe). Two MIC are qualitative-relevant and sharing similar sample procedure, the other five are quantitative-relevant and sharing same sample procedure. Both of these sampling procedures are using u201CFree Inspection Pointsu201D.

D u2013 Physical Sample Drawing;
uF0D8 There is no setup on this as I still not know this topic

The inspection lot is created once I released the process order, and the fix sample size is showing in the lot.

At header change Partial lot & batch for each inspe point to partial lot for each inspection point

during valuation batch will not occure

if not then at header change Partial lot & batch for each inspe point to partial lot for each inspection point.
