Dear Bose,

Please see below for st03n record.

Response time ( ms ) = 65146

Wait time ( ms ) = 1

CPU time ( ms ) = 170

DB req. time ( ms ) = 65032

Load+Gen time ( ms ) = 14

Memory used ( kb ) = 4201

In case of other server. I mean. We alrady have 2 server for migration from windows to linux. First server ( Sandbox ) we don't found for this problem. But second server ( DEV ) we found for this problem.

Could you analyze for us from this information ?

Thanks & regards,

Somkeit

Dear Bose,

Thanks for your information. For more information. We're using with oracle database level 10.2.0.4

We just migrate BW 3.5 from Windows to Linux.

We have 2 server for compare. Why other server not found for this problem ? We have been update

oracle statistic also. But it doesn't work. Could you analyze for us ?

Thanks & regards,

Somkeit

Som

did you check which is the longest part of the total response time? In our case it is Database Response. What is in your case?

Check from st03n.

>We have 2 server for compare. Why other server not found for this problem ?

Sorry, I did not get this one.You mean you have dialog instance and in that you are not getting same response time for db13?

or you are talking about different SAP system with the same version where you are not getting this problem.

Please explain.

Not enough informations!

What is your database? What is the version of your database? I guess it is oracle 10g.

run db13.....go to st03n->expert mode->last minutes load-->transaction profile in analysis view.-Select db13-->click on single record. Check is it the Database Reponse time which is causing the problem.

Response Time in Wait time CPU time DB req. Load + Gen Memory
