Hi,
we having some troubles concerning bad user-performance in our crm 2007. So, the server is in headquarter (germany), and several user are in the USA. User are working via WebUi -> http. I know there are a lot of notes: 1162685, or 1162605.
The question I have is more about interpret the data in st03n concerning task: 'http':
If we take a look to the 'Workload Overview' we can notice a higher response-time when our colleagues in the USA starting work. So, e.g. from yesterday: 3.500 s (Total response time); normal time in germany is 600-700 s (Total response time). But if we change the task from 'dialog' to 'http' then the column GuiTime is missing. So, does the response time include also the GuiTime within the Response-Time? If not, where can I find the GuiTime?
Thanks,
Maik
Dear Maik,
there simply is no such thing as GUI time with http requests. The GUI time measures roundtrips between the backend and the GUI. With http, no roundtrips are done, thus no GUI time can be mesaured.
Best Regards,
Tim
