Well - difficult to suggest something since we don't know how your graphic cards are set up and if this problem occurs on the 620 or 640 version.
I would first update on the affected PCs to SAPGUI 7.00 with the latest patchlevel (6.40 is out of support, either use 6.20 or 7.00).
