SOAMANAGER tcode access

I am working on PI 7.1 . I need to publish Enterprise Services from ECC 6.0 backend to Service Registry on PI . I read in some documents that you need to perform some configurations in SOAMANAGER tcode from the ECC backend to publish the services .

I do not have access to the tcode. I get 403 Forbidden error.

Can anyone pls tell me what Role needs to be added to me userid for soamanager access?

did you try role: SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN

cool .. thanks Michal ...

Now when I click on services registry it gives me a blank page but the status says 'Done' . Am i missing some authorizations here as well ? Is SERVICES_REGISTRY_READ_ONLY all i need?

Also when i run WSPUBLISH , Im getting TransportBindingExecption: Invalid Response Content Type. Server Returned code 500 with message and content type <text/html; charset = utf-8> Any ideas or links?
