hello,
We have a SAP GRC AC 5.3
I want to know can I do a request for a uiser lock automaticlyand can I have a change password request for a user automaticly? too.

Pablo,
Lock user is done via Lock request. It is available on request access screen and it comes out of the box with CUP. If you can not see it then you can go to configuration -> request configuration and turn it on.
