New Line Characters/ Line Breaks/Enter key lost

hi ,

We recently implemented SP13 for SRM 5.0 and started experiencing issue where new line characters were lost.

Example

"Line 1

<new line or line breaks or enter key to space 2 lines>

Line 2"

appeared as

"Line1

Line2"

Does anyone know of any note that would fix this issue?

Nikhil,

We are scheduled to upgrade to Patch 13 so this is of interest to me.

Are you having the problem when entering notes or somewhere else? I would search OSS based on the where yu are having the problem. If not found, definitely open an OSS message.

Hi Dean,

This issue occurs in all text (Vendor Text, Internal Notes and Notes for Approval)

Above issue is in SRM 5.0 SP13

We also support SRM 4.0 on SP13 and this issue does not occur there.

BTW I did check SP14, SP15 and SP16 and no SAP note that I could find that fixes the issue.

I will open OSS note if I cannot find solution soon.

Another issue I found was PO Quantity Value Currncy values are missing in history for SC. (occurs for Limit Item only)

There is a note that claims to fix the issue ...but did not help us.
