Attach ADOBE form to Workitem

Can someone tell me whats the procedure to be used to attach an ADOBE form to the work item.

Can someone tell me the steps in detail. All the help is appreciated.

Thank you for the link. If I understand correctly, I need to know the function module that is generated when the form is developed. The example in the link will display the form but how do I get the data transferred to the attached form if it was completed offline? My need is to fill the form in offline, then upload using an ABAP WD (data is in WD Context), then start a workflow to route for additional input and then approval.
