error in instant messaging?

Hi all,

I am able to open a instant message window but can't see anything happen after that. although user is online....

please give me the solution.

HI,

As in any messenger the user's can set available or invisible in here also. Have all the users set their status to auto-detect in the CLP.

Select a user and then select chat.

One reason may be "pop-up" blocker on the users PC. Yahoo, Google, MS XP and others often turn this on by default.

Turn it off - or "allow pop-ups from this site" often solves the problem.
