autom. reporting on Central System Administration activities

Hi there,

a colleague of mine just asked if it is possible to setup an automatic reporting of the performed central system administation tasks (e.g. a background job that run once per week), like a dokumentation or protocol, that can be sent via mail to the customer to show that the SLA's guidelines are met. For EWAs and SLR automatic mail transfer is possible... how about CSA?

Any experiences on this?
