Customer Master in IS Retail

Hi All

1.Will there be Customer Master data available in IS etail like SD?

2. Can anybody send me the link for IRT100 material

Hi Kumar,

All master datas are available in IS Retail including Customer Master!!

You can create Customer Master using transaction code XD01 (Centrally)

PS: Site master consist of Customer and Vendor info.

IRT 100 Course material is not available easily. You will get this course material after joining (induct) to SAP IS Retail Course through Authorized Training Center (ATC)

Hi

There will be customer master data in Retail, nomally willl use one time account group customer and he is the Anonymous customer (walkin customer) assigned to POS outbound profile

Customizing:

Create number ranges for customer

Create account group and assign number range

Create customerusing XD01

Apart from this DC and Store also need to be consider as customer in Retail.

when DC supllies good to store, is the customer and DC plays role as vendor and customer both.

Creating DC and store as customer can proceed with WB01 and customer tab.

Create site rpofiles, Assgin account group in site profiles
