Hi,
Does anyone know if RBDAPP01 is client independent or dependent?
I'm not sure If I need to schedule this all the client which is in the same SID.

As far as I know is client independent, so you don't need to set this for every client.
Also you can do a simple test and schedule it on 000 and check if it resend idocs on other clients.

In case if you are pushing some User master records then you may have to run from CUA enviornments
