GTS Error " SAP GTS : Legal Control : P.O is locked"

Hi,

I am getting the error saying " SAP GTS : Legal Control : P.O(4502089260) is locked".

Pls help me.

Hi Leela,

You should check the document in GTS directly whether it's just "lame" block or a real hit. If it's not a hit (the Business Partner may have been found as SPL relevant because too sensitive settings etc.) you just manually unlock the document. To do this follow the path:

- go to /sapsll/menu_legal

- SAP Compliance Management > Sanctioned Party List screening

- In part Documents click Manually Release Blocked Documents

- Enter Document number

- Select (Mark) the document

- Press Green Flag icon (Cancel Boycott List Block)

- Maybe you will need to recheck the document (the same menu as release)

Keep in mind the procedure works if there's set SPL block only.

Hi Krishna,

SInce this is PO document, you can check blocked documents report from GTS cockpit-> legal Control-> Import.

if you could not find there then find the details in Technically incomplete documents report
