A 'NO DATA AVAILABLE' message apears lonely in the page.

AFAIK this cannot be. SAP has one SuperAdmin defined for SAPNet Administration for every customer.
Look into your SAPNet Profile. There is an entry "show my Super Admins" or so (in German it 's: "Meine Super-Administratoren anzeigen")
