By the way... I just noticed I don't hace any super-administrator to give me Download Access to the service marketplace! 😮 I am assigned to a customer, but not any admin

AFAIK this cannot be. SAP has one SuperAdmin defined for SAPNet Administration for every customer.
Look into your SAPNet Profile. There is an entry "show my Super Admins" or so (in German it 's: "Meine Super-Administratoren anzeigen")
