changes in Host file and Service file

hi guys,

I forgot to include update Windows host file and \etc\service file before ACC711 installation. and i thaught its not required for win2008 system. Now i am in the middle of installation and i got below error in sapinst at START INSTANCE Phase.

can somebody tell me what should i add in Host file and service file. can i change both files and continue retry the installation, without restarting system?. please confirm.

i solved the problem by restarting server
