How can I split a DC?

Former Member

Hello,

I have one DC here which has two Components inside. Since this guy is heavy and it's being a pain to give maintainance to it, I would rather split the code in two different DC's,

How can I "copy" one Component to another DC? (Freshly created..)

Regards,

Daniel

creating a main component and give some user Dependencies between the dc

Hi Daniel,

The only way to copy one component to another DC is to use the feature of copy associated with component. Right click on the component name which you want to copy and then paste it in the under the component icon of the newly created DC.

This will also take care of all the component level binding etc..

Please note that i dont think that there is any other way of copying the component.

I hope this help you!! Please revert back in case you need any further information on this.

Thanks and Regards
