PHYS MEMSIZE IN PRO

In the production servant I do have 16 gB by heart physical ram and in the instance parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE does assign him 12288, when before put 70% that I number is to put or does percentage go? My doubt is because soon after this change, I have noticed a low performace in the servant.

Tuning memory is an iterative process, I'd start with 50 % and see how the system behaves.

It also depends how much memory you assigned to the database. The machine shouldn't swap.
