You can use a shipment user exit to determine at the time of preparing the data to save if there are discrepancies between the deliveries contained in the shipment and the shipment planned date.
If so you can use the BAPI 'BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE' to trigger the changes into the delivery document
