Is there any config needed to develop webdynpro on ECC6.0

Hie guys

Is there an special config thats need to be done on ECC 6.0 to develop and run webdynpro ?

I was following this tutorial "Web Dynpro for ABAP: Tutorial 1- Create a simple Web Dynpro Application

SAP NetWeaver" upto creating views. It suppose to prompt for password according to the tutorial but it doesn't prompt for password.

What can i do to proceed ? How can i proceed from here.
