Hi, we want to take usage decision of receiving insp without doing the results recording. shall we do ud without results recording?any setting required? pls guide.

As Thyagarajan suggested u can take usage decision without result recording. When u take usage decision 1 pop will come 'do u want to force inspection' click on yes to take usage decision.

U can avoid this by selecting radio buton 'option characteristic' in control indicators of inspection characteristics. by this pop by in ud screen will not appear.

In the Insp. Type details screen, unclick Insp. by Task List, Check Char., and click on 100% Insp. Indicators.

System will not allow you to do RR and only UD could be given.

you can do the usage decision without result recording,while making the usage decision you can force inspection the same and do the usage decision
