calibration outside the company

Hi, we send all our gages outside vendor for calibration. we receive calibration certificate for the same. now we want to enter the certificate number and the next due date in sap as advised by vendor. how to maintain the same.

Calibration certificate number

U can create document in DMS and attach scan copy of certificate in that document. Attach this document in equipment master.

so that certificate and certificate number both will be documented

Next due date in sap as advised by vendor

Create a dummy maintainance plan add equipment in that plan and create manual calibration lot in IP10 on that date.
