Hello,

We have to connect to a SAP System that are outside of our intranet. We use a VPN between our pc's, that are on our intranet, and the SAP System.

We have installed a saprouter on a server machine and we have opened the connections from our pc's to the sap system.

We got some public ip's, for connect to the sap system directly, without pass through the saprouter.

The connections that are use the VPN are the public ip's and the saprouter.

Our problem is that when we connect to the system with a public ip, we can logon and we can work correctly on the system.

But when we use the saprouter connection, we write the sapuser and password on the logon window, we press enter and the window blocks and we cannot continue working. If we configure the connection with the option "slow connection", we can logon on the system but when we insert a transaction, the window blocks again and we cannot continue working.

How we could do for work correctly with the saprouter connection?

Hello again.

We install a sapgui for java on the saprouter machine for test this connection to the sap system, and the error is the same with our pc's.

If we test the connection to a sap system that are allocate on our intranet, we can work correctly.

Saprouter connection is there so as SAP login to your system. You do need to login through sap router.
