If you are using conditional Interface Determination, then for your incoming message, the condition used in mapping is not used. This means that the conditions in Interface Mapping step in ID does not hold true for any of the case.

That means you have used a XPath expression or context object in RD or ID. But the condition fails.

P.S: Your problem statement is very vague. You should tell us where you are seeing the error and what you did to solve that.
