Region Should be changed in the Invoice

Hi SAP SD EXPERTS

One of my client processed the sales order to Invoice and took the out put.

In that out put the region should be changed as HAMBURG instead of BREMEN.

I tried out after changing the region in the customer master but then also the region is not reflecting in the out put.

Guide me in this regard

Hi Anand

Pl check whether in invoice header the region has changed .if its not then u ahve to cancel invoice and generate it once again.

If u are using the delta developed output processing program ,check from where region is being picked up.

in case of delta program u can take help of abap consultant to change output without cancellation of invoice.

Hi Anand,

Is this one of case? Or you want the Region to be changed for all the Invoices that have been printed before. If the region has to be changed only for this invoice, then cancel the invoice and reverse the goods issue and change the sales order and change the region there and repost the invoice. This way you can get the changed regoin get printed.
