Error While posting to FI.

Hi gurus,

while posting to FI geting the below error .............

Rejected trip: 0000000030 PerNo.: 00001157

Table entry not found in table 706K. Argument:

40040MJ95 9999123119490401+61 X

Prog.terminated!

pls tell what mistake i did and guide me ..........

Hi,

Are you using using india payroll driver?

MJ95 does not exist for country grouping India(40).

You have to use custom wage types for India.

hi,

thanx for ur reply.

we are using indian payrl driver and customised also but i dont know why this error is comng but one while creating variant i had copied from US std i.e. 10 and then changed evry where as per the requiremnt and in US it is ther Std WT MJ95 but i dont know why this error is showing here in grpng 40.........

pls suggest.........

Hi,

MJ90 and MJ95 wage types does not exist for country grouping India. Have you assigned VORK(Cash Advance) and VORS(Advance) to MJ95 and MJ90 respectively?

If so when you post it the payroll driver will look for these wage types. Since these wage types are not defined for country India you will get error. So Create two new custom wage type for country grouping India(40) and assign it to VORK(Cash Advance) and VORS(Advance).

Thanks for ur suggession, u are rite as u said that i forgot to assign the WT to VORK and VORS.

Now i did the same and it works .

Check whether You have not assigned the symbolic account for the Wage type (which is mapped to expense type) in table T706k
