Not able to view original PDFdocument through EAI viewer Proj.system

Hi,

I'm not able to view the PDF original in project structure. I have attached one PDF file in project structure as an object link. When I'm trying to open the same file from project system, system display the error "cannot create temp File".

Please suggest to overcome this issue.

hi,

1. Please tell me which object u used to link PS,

2. Check defin dat carrier wether u set or not in SPRO. DC20

3. Check work station application for PDF, and net work should be link server. DC30

All are avaialble. Anything related to viewer or patch updation problem.

Hi,

From your error i still wanted to suggest, please Check Data carrier(Front end type) with temp file path i.e C:/temp in DC20

or give details of error...
