Addition to above

check the RFC destinatin created to R/3 in SM59 and hope you have created the below

port -IDX1 and assocaited RFC destination created using SM59 of type 3 pointing to R/3 system

Hi Vikrant,

The user given in RFC destination (maintained in XI pointing towards R3) is not having sufficient authorization.

Switch on the trace and see the missing ones.

How are you generating the iDocs?

is there a batch job that is scheduled?

if so, use a user that has the correct authorisations when the job is scheduled.

or change the user in the partner Profile (WE20)

hi Barry,

>>>change the user in the partner Profile (WE20)

actually there is no user in we20

only in RFC dest (SM59) for port (we21) used in we20

Hi Michal

do you not use the "Permitted Agent" then? or does that not have any affect at all???

Specifies the job (person or group of people) to be notified if processing errors occur on the IDoc interface. You can define up to three different jobs:

in the inbound or outbound partner profiles for special partners, messages and direction.
in the general partner profiles for special partners.
in the general IDoc Administration settings.

Hi,

>>>No authorization to send IDocs with message type

as the message says the user which is used to send idocs needs to have more authorization

you can check which one is missing in su53 if you try to reprocess the error in sm58
