Solution Manager Basic Configuration Error

Hi everybody,

I was configuring service desk in our solution manager system.

For that I was activating BC sets using the transaction "SM_CONFIG_REP"

While activating we got the error as "Basic Configuration Error , Service Market Place access error"

SAPOSS is working fine.

Could you please help me in this.
