ACC711 Start instance error

hi guys,

In the middle of ACC711 installation, below error occurs in START INSTANCE phase. any Ip setting required in hosts file or etc/services files?

sapinst log displays as follows

Connect to message server (administrator2/3900) failed: NIECONN_REFUSED.

Looks like you have some problem with the connectivity. Check your firewall rules/network connectivity and disable any antivius and then give a go.
