Scenarios and Steps to Implement BPS

I am working on a project that is developing a methodology for SAP implementation. I don't have the experience with implementing BPS, but we need to identify at least one scenario and the steps under different phases in that scenario to implement the BPS. So far we divided the whole Implementation cycle into 6 phases: Vision, Plan, Design, Build, Deliver and Operate.

So if anyone have the scenario and the related steps or tasks in mind, can you kindly describe that to me? Really appreciate your help!

Have you taken a look at

service.sap.com/sem

there is a section SEM-BPS ASAP in the Media library, which gives details on teh various phases and the documents/templates created during the same.

I think it should be helpful.

This is a very good information. Currently I don't have access to it, but I am asking my lead to apply for it so that I can have a look at it. And I am quite sure that will help me a lot.

Hi Anurag,

I got the access. But I cannot find the SEM-BPS ASAP in the Media library. Under the Strategic Enterprise Management/Media Library/Presentations/SEM-BPS, there are only SEM/BW-BPS Planning Workbench and Planning Applications. Where can I find the SEM-BPS ASAP?
