How to change cond table field doc stru for one specific access sequ only?

Hi Experts,

In SPRO>SD>Basic functions>Pricing>Access sequence maintain

We defined step# with each key combinations. If we select one line and double click 'Fields', we could find field mapping details for each field...

Let's take an sample for 'Division field' from cond. table 003-Customer

You will see:

Condition I/O Doc.Struc Doc.field Long field lable

SPART KOMK SPART Division

Here my questions:

What should i do to change Doc.struc from KOMK to KOMP?

And this changes only applied to this access sequence only.

For example, if we had made changes as above, for any other access sequence which use 003 condition table, the doc field is still KOMK for SPART field.

Hi,

You can make the changes as metioned.

Select the table and click on fields, select the line containing KOMK-SPART and click on the field catalogue on the down left corner. In the next screen appearing you can choose spart from KOMP and your changes will be done.

As regards to the changes it will not affect your other access sequences. For other access sequence it will be still KOMK-SPART only.

Just mark your line and click on Button "Field Catalo" serach for SPART and select the second hit

=> KOMP-SPART will be entered
