SC Template error

Hi

We are on SRM 4.0 , classic scenario.

While creating shopping carts, using option "Old Purchase Orders & templates" link, trying to copy the catalog items from old shopping carts click on "Add to Shopping cart" button, the item are not copied and it throws me "Template error" and the items are also not copied. The system logs me out and system does not allow me to do any other action.

Please suggest how to solve this problem.

Hello Prithvi,

Your problem seems to be linked to Internet Communication Manager settings.

Please, have a look at OSS note 1145306 - Use of SRM, reverse proxy, load balancer, Web dispatcher

Contact also you Basis team and investigate with them on configuration of your individual SRM components.

Hi,

Either the time out settings need to be changed or the catalog that the old shopping cart has been created out of is down.

Please check if the catalog server is running and also read the following
