Databases Versions

Hi,

The database versions in SBO vary depending on Application Version, Service Pack, Patch Level and localisation, for example the version starts with “73” for SBO 2004.2B, with “67” for SBO 2004A and “68” for SBO 2005A.

Does anyone know where to get a complete list with SBO database version numbers used worldwide?

Thanks.

Hi Gerold,

These version numbers can be traced back to the time when the development clusters A, B, C which handle subsets of the localizations had beem given own version numbers - instead of naming the versions just A/B/C as today..

E.g. Version 6.5 of cluster A was the same basic software as version 7.6 in Eastern Europe + the same as version 7.2 for Asia.

...I am not sure about a "complete list" of exactly these numbers though...

HTH,

Frank
