Hi,

Can you explain to me the concept of the partial inspection lot usage in the QM-PP environment?

Why we need it and what is the usage on it?

And the concept on the partial lot assignment during production?

It is very confusing.. .

partial inspection lot usage in the QM-PP environment

In PP environmemt it may happen when you are producing/processing something agaist a Inspection lot then you may land up with not 100% ok scenario.or You may not produce all the lot at a single time.you may process it step by step.so when a lot is created say 100 nos & you are only in a position to clear 50 nos which are available for inspection....then a partial lot concept comes into picture.

As name suggest it is option of clearing a partial qty of whole lot.

the pending Qty still remain in QI stock.
